Please meet miss thistle and miss laurel – tiny rag dolls #1 and #2. Little ladies in fancy underwear. They have dresses too and wool shawls for chilly nights.
They were such fun to make – I’ve been working on the design for a while – working out details like tiny dresses that can come off and on without being too fiddly. Tiny is difficult – they would be easier to make if they were larger but I particularly love their size. I’m thinking of creating a sewing pattern – what do you think? Are you for or against very tiny sewing?
Miss thistle and miss laurel are in the shop now along with lots of mini toadstool specimens and an indigo owl and large mushroom.

Yes Ann, please devise a miniature doll sewing kit!!!!!!
Oh, I just love these dolls. Please create a pattern for the dolls and clothing. You could add to this collection with extras over a period of time.
I would like it to be a sewing pattern to purchase to make the dolls. They are really sweet!!
I would dearly love a pattern to make these teeny sweeties! I too have always had a fascination with the small things. I have a rather embarrassingly large collection of tiny teacups & saucers which makes my husband wince every time a new one comes home!
I would love a pattern for these so i could make them. So sweet
Love the tiny dolls. Sign me up for a pattern purchase, please!
Oh yes, please. I love tiny sewing. In fact, I like almost anything tiny and handmade. I’ve been working on a simple doll pattern, but mine I have a similar doll pattern but I think mine is a little bigger. Perhaps these could be baby sisters! Love their fancy underthings and the shawls. One must stay warm on cool evenings! Nice work and thanks for sharing.
I love tiny! Will love a pattern too. I’m fascinated with your work and anxiously wait to see more.
Yes, please Ann! I already tried to make one from looking at your other tiny dolls — I found it difficult and would love some directions and to know how you put them together. I especially am baffled by the shoes! So excited to have a pattern!
I also would be very interested in a small doll pattern!
These are perfect size, would love a pattern for them!
Yes, Ann, I would love a pattern for those little dolls and their removable dresses! It’s so hard to find clothes patterns for little dolls that aren’t attached to the doll!
My granddaughters would love these-a project that will inspire them to sew. But who am I kidding? I would not mind making a few for myself!!
I’d love to make some tiny friends for my niece. Yes please, Ann!
Would love a pattern for the small doll and her wardrobe! I am drooling over your dolls.
Tiny is always better, lol!
I love tiny hand sewing!
I am all for tiny sewing too. These are lovely dolls. I would love to make some.
Love tiny. Would love to purchase the pattern for this sweet doll. PLEASE!
