    Love them all!

  7. Thank you for the patterns you give us. All are so adorable. I made the Lucky Fish for the Great Grands for Christmas this year. Made them with the wrong sides together and clipped the edges as it sort of looks like fish scales. Used my sewing scraps along with Grandpa shirts and my blouses recycled. Also made matching pillows with patchwork fronts and a single Lucky Fish on the back wrong sides together and clipped the edges on these too. Each gift consists of the pillow and 4 Lucky Fish. Must make a bag for each to continue my recycle theme, as I have bought nothing new for these projects. Again, Many thanks for sharing your life and talent with us. Several times in the past weeks I have sent a pic of the Lucky fish to the Greats to color and keep, so they will hopefully recognize them again. Sincerely, Dollie

  8. I just made one of your happy cats as a pet for my Luna Lapin Rabbit. They are very happy together. Wish I could send you a photo!

Last year I made Lucky fish and a felt sailboat that were very cute together on the tree.
Pin Girl with a Cat face made a lovely wench for my pirate mouse.

Today I am ordering paper mache ships, I think they will be great ornaments sailing through the curtain of lights at the window.

Ann, you give me the opportunity to play. As an old woman, I don’t get much of that. After seeing the ships, I got inspired to do a wee bit of paper mache. Using an empty panetone box, I made a wastepaper basket. I’m working on a quilt and had many tiny scraps, so I used them on top the top layer of brown paper. It came out very well and it was free. I ground rice in my coffee grinder and made rice and water paste.

Thank you for all the fun. Happy holidays.

  9. AS an answer to Holly, I too am an old woman (80)and so enjoy the fun projects on this site. Thank you Ann for sharing your time and talents with us. I shared earlier about my Lucky Fish sewing.
