Your crow is fantastic. I wish I could sit and make one with you in a class. The black fabric makes me think of plant dyeing a piece of cotton in logwood, giving a washed out effect.
Your quilt is beautiful too.

I made your crow which did take me a while but was amazed how well it turned out. Only amazed as I thought I wouldn’t do him justice. However when I posted him on FB I had fabulous comments and about 850 likes. I told all that he was from your pattern Ann. Thankyou for your lovely patterns. I have several of them. Made fish, hearts, chickens etc etc..
I did try and send a photo of the crow. Sadly I’m not tech minded so don’t think you received it.
Anyway good wishes and happiness in your new home. Thankyou again. Would love a community. X

I can’t do the pdf pattern way. I would love to buy a paper pattern. I already have the mushroom, the owl and the songbirds paper patterns. I love them and your instructions are easy for me to follow. Your detail in your patterns are amazing.

I have yet to attempt this, I purchased the pattern on a Christmas mulled wine fuelled creative confidence high! Once reality set in ( I don’t sew ) I scolded myself for being so stupid but thought I’d just have a quick read…… well, totally mulled wine free I think I might just be able to do this, it’s such a well laid out, clearly explained and photographed pattern that even a complete novice like me feels like I have a good chance. If I fail it will not be the patterns fault so it’s getting my five stars already
